I’m Dr. Richard Kelley, and I teach men and women with weight-related pre & type 2 diabetes, how to take control of their health and body, through my ‘Type 2 To Health®’ program.

Through my Total Body Muscle Activation™ coaching process, clients learn protocols and strategies for stimulating the major muscle groups of the body on a regular, systematic basis. 

In doing so, my clients learn to manipulate their physiology, such that the body preferentially shuttles nutrition to build and repair muscle, and influence metabolism in favor of fat loss.

This stimulation occurs through the activities at the far right of what I call, The Fitness Continuum™…as individuals incorporate regular strength and resistance training into their ongoing fitness routine.

Positive physical change and transformation is further enhanced by learning to respond nutritionally to the regular stimulation of what I call, The Core-7 Muscle Groups of the body.
